Softwashing roofs
The first stage is to manually remove the thick larger moss deposits by hand with our telescopic poles and custom made blades shaped to your roof tiles.
We then apply a softwashing chemical using our low pressure pumps and soft bristled brushes so there is absolutely no risk of damage to your roof.
Our industry leading Softwashing system uses a water based biodegradable chemical that emulsifies dirt, killing algae, lichen, moss, mould & bacteria. This solution also sanitises the surface leaving long lasting results upto 5 years. Unlike pressure washing, Soft washing doesn’t erode the surface and uses one-third of the water that pressure washing would.
To obtain the best results the softwashing chemicals need to be mixed in exact amounts we use Dosatron chemical Injection equipment to give the very best results, chemicals are injected into the water flow at precise amounts resulting in the best possible cleans that can last upto 5 years because the chemicals have been applied correctly to the manufactures instructions.
